You can easily disconnect the YouView app from your box using the Settings option in the main menu of the app. In this option you can find a dedicated button allowing you to Disconnect your YouView box.

For the YouView app to work the way it's meant to, we need your box to be available when sending recording requests. That can be while it's switched on or while it's in active standby.
