We’ve added a handy shortcut button on your remote to easily turn on/off audio description. Just press the AD button on your remote to toggle audio description on or off.

Alternatively you can turn off audio description from the settings menu:

1. Open the Menu

2. Select Settings*

3. From Accessibility select Audio Description

4. Select Audio Description and choose your preferred setting

Not all programmes have audio description available. Look out for the [AD] icon on the programme information screen of a TV programme or On Demand programme.

1. Press the Home button on your TV Hub remote.

2. Settings can be found via the cog at the top of the Menu.

3. Select Accessibility.

4. Select Subtitles.

5. Select the Display toggle to turn on subtitles

6. Choose all your set up options within this menu. You'll be able to view what they look like on the left of the screen.

7. Once you've chosen the best option for yourself, press Back on your remote.
