Support - Forgotten your Parental PIN

Picture Break Up
We are aware of a band of high atmospheric pressure sitting over Wales, the south west and parts of southern England which may cause increased volumes of YVM302s and picture break up.
Forgotten your Parental PIN
Don’t worry, it happens to us all at some point. Time for plan b:
First let’s try the default PIN, which is 1234. You might just get lucky.

No luck? The PIN must have been changed. If you’ve tried guessing all the 4 digit combinations you know already, let’s reset the PIN:
  1. Try entering your PIN. If it’s incorrect, select Forgotten PIN. This will only show if you've set up your security question.
  2. Use your remote to answer your security question. Forgotten the answer?
  3. Select Continue
  4. Enter your new PIN
  5. Confirm your new PIN

Don’t forget to jot the PIN down somewhere and keep it safe, we don’t want to see you back here (in the nicest way possible).
