A YouView Box FAQ

If you have a Wi-Fi enabled box, you can change the settings to allow so that it can connect to the internet wirelessly.

If you have a Wi-Fi enabled box*, you can change the settings so that it can connect to the internet wirelessly**.

Setting up Wi-Fi on the box:

  1. Press the Home button on your remote

  2. Select Settings (a cog icon on the top-right corner when the Menu is open)

  3. Select ‘broadband connection’

  4. Select ‘Change connection’ and follow the on-screen guidance


* Wi-Fi is currently only available on the BT TV Box Pro
** If using a wireless connection please make sure the ethernet cable is removed from the device
