We are aware of some issues with Channel 4 where content isn't being made available on the All4 app. Users may also experience other issues such as subtitles not being available and changes to audio/video quality. This is due to ongoing issues stemming from an outage at Channel 4's broadcasting partner, Red Bee Media. More information on this can be found on the Channel 4 website here.
Due to a fire at the Bilsdale transmitter in August, Freeview services are disrupted in the North East of England.
Freeview have installed some temporary transmitters to allow users to continue to receive some TV services. Please do a retune to try and receive one of these if you are struggling to get any TV signal. Service should be restored once the issue has been fully resolved.
