A YouView Box FAQ

Taking us with you to your new home? Here are a few tips before you move:

  • Check the TV coverage and broadband speed at your new address, using the Freeview Channel Checker

  • Make sure you have an aerial installed in your new home

  • Remember to tell your broadband provider, and any TV subscription services, that you’re moving

  • If you have a box which is not Wi-Fi enabled, check your Ethernet Cable is long enough to connect your box to your Internet router, or use a pair of  Powerline Adapters

  • Once you’ve moved, re-tune your channels
