Backwards programme guide
This part of the guide uses your internet to work properly. If you’re seeing the words ‘No information available’, it sounds like you’re disconnected from the internet. Let's check:
Open the Main Menu
Select Settings*
From Signal & Connection area and select Broadband connection
If it says not connected, select Edit connection
Select Automatic and the box will start looking for your router
Still disconnected? Let us help you with that.
If you are still having problems connecting to the internet we recommend contacting your internet provider.
*Depending on your box model, Settings will be on the last tab on the Main Menu or in a cog in the top right corner of the screen. You can get to the cog by pressing Up after opening the Main Menu.

Subscription channels

Please Note: If you are experiencing issues with TV channels not appearing in your guide with the error code YVM305, there are a number of checks you can do to help.
