HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

No channel logos in the guide
This might be because they’ve been turned off in the settings. Let’s have a quick check:
  1. Check your settings  
    1. Bring up the menu with your remote
    2. Select Settings
    3. Go to the Accessibility & language area and select Appearance
    4. Select Channel logos and change this to On
    5. Select Done
  2. Check your network connection status
    If there are still no channel logos in your guide, then your box may be disconnected from the internet. Let's check your connection status.
    1. Bring up the menu with your remote
    2. Select Settings
    3. Go to the Signal & Connection area and select Broadband Connection
    4. If it says not connected, select Edit connection
    5. Select Automatic and the box will start looking for your router
    6. Still disconnected? Let us help you with that

    All logos are provided by the content providers. If you see some channel logos missing, let us know by posting on our Community Forum and we can investigate further.
