We can’t load that service at the moment, here are some steps to help you resolve:

The old “switch it on and off” routine. Overused but it can often help resolve the issue. Press and hold the  supportSiteInlineImage button on your box for 8 seconds, then let go. You’ll be greeted with a friendly ‘Hello’ telling you that your box has restarted.

Check your internet connection by going to: 

  1. Settings (via either the remote or the Android Home Screen) 
  2. Network & Internet 

Switch your router off at the mains, leave it for 30 seconds before turning it back on. Give it a minute or two to reconnect, and then check your TV to see if this was successfully. 

Note: Please do not leave this page while your router is restarting. 

If the previous steps didn’t fix the issue, you will need to give your broadband supplier a call.
