Try loading the Player / App again. If this is unsuccessful, please move to the next step.
Restart your TV
Press and hold the Power button on your remote for ~8 seconds and your TV will restart.
Restart your router
Switch your router off at the mains, leave it for 30 seconds before turning it back on. Give it a minute or two to reconnect, and then check your TV to see if this was successfully.
