YES
This part of the guide uses your internet to work properly. If you’re seeing the words ‘No information available’, it sounds like you’re disconnected from the internet. Let's check:
Access Settings via either the remote or Android Home Screen
- Select Network & Internet
- If connected via Ethernet, go to Network Status and Check Connection
- Still disconnected? Let us help you with that
- If you are still having problems connecting to the internet we recommend contacting your internet provider.
Freeview channels
These channels use your aerial to populate the now and next part of the guide. If you’re seeing the words ‘No information available’ it sounds like you have an aerial reception issue.
Try our steps for a weak or lost signal for help with this. You can also take a look at how to improve your signal.
NO
If you are seeing ‘No Information’ or ‘loading’ for programmes in the Backwards Programme Guide, then you may not be connected to the Internet. See Fix for YVM4102 for help if you're disconnected.
If there are programmes that are unavailable to play in the Backwards Programme Guide, then these programmes may not be available yet, please try again later. Alternatively the broadcasters for these programmes may not have an On Demand service on YouView, but may join later.
If you have no information in the Now & Next section of your guide, then try restarting your TV. Press & hold the button on the remote for 8 seconds, then let go. Your TV will then power down. Once it has turned off, turn it back on again.
Check your cables
Head around the back of your TV and check the aerial cable is securely connected.
Don’t forget to check the other end of the aerial cable is also connected to the aerial socket in your home.
Using an indoor aerial? Some of these are powered aerials, check the plug is connected and the aerial is powered on.
Retune your TV
If after resetting your box you still have no information in the guide, try Re-Tuning your channels.
