Guide preview not available

We’re not able to show you the preview images in the menu right now but you can still use the guide. Just press OK on Guide from the menu or use the Guide button on the remote. To fix this, try these steps:


You can close the menu or the guide using the back button. Then open it again using the menu button on your remote.

The old “switch it on and off” routine. Overused but it can often help resolve the issue. Press and hold the  supportSiteInlineImage button on your box for 8 seconds, then let go. You’ll be greeted with a friendly ‘Hello’ telling you that your box has restarted.
