YouView Box

  1. When you try to play an HD programme, it requires authentication from your TV and YouView box. This is known as High Definition Content Protection (or HDCP). If this cannot be enabled at the time you may see this error code on screen. For BT TV Box Pro users - you may see this error if you are trying to watch 4K/UHD content on a non-UHD supported TV. If this is the case you can still watch the HD version instead.

  2. Looks like we’re not getting enough broadband speed from your router to show a good picture. Try these steps and we’ll see if we can help it pick up the pace:
