  1. Looks like we’re not getting enough signal from your aerial at the moment.  A fire at the Bilsdale transmitter is currently disrupting Freeview services in the North East of England. Users tuned to this transmitter may find that they have no signal and are unable to watch TV. Service should be restored once the issue has been resolved.

  2. When you try to play an HD programme, it requires authentication from your TV and YouView box. This is known as High Definition Content Protection (or HDCP). If this cannot be enabled at the time you may see this error code on screen. See if these steps can help:
