Don’t worry, your YouView box will work with any provider. Once you change, just make sure you update your box software, so that you have all the right configurations. You can manually update the software in the settings menu:
Bring up the menu with your remote
Go to the Information and reset area and select Software information
Select Update software
We’ll let you know if we find any updates and start downloading it for you.
*Depending on your box model, Settings will be on the last tab on the Main Menu or in a cog in the top right corner of the screen. You can get to the cog by pressing Up after opening the Main Menu.
