Let's check you have everything you need. You should have: 

• 1 x YouView box
• 1 x Remote control with 2 AAA batteries
• 1 x Power lead
• 1 x HDMI cable
• 1 x Ethernet cable
• 1 x Aerial cable

Connect your aerial cable from the aerial socket in your home, to the Aerial In/Antenna In port on the back of your box:

Connect your HDMI cable from the HDMI port on the back of your TV, to the HDMI port on the back/side of your TV:

Connect your Ethernet cable from the Ethernet port on the back of your box, to a LAN port on the back of your router:

To connect your box to the internet you'll need a pair of powerline adapters:

Connect your power lead to the back of your box, and connect the plug to a wall socket:

Now you've got everything connected, it's time to switch it on. Make sure the power switch on the back of the box has been turned on:

The power light on the front of the box should now turn on. Press the button on the front or top of your box (depending on model) and you should see the YouView set up screen:

Just follow the on screen instructions and you're good to go.
