The strength of your signal depends on the aerial. If the picture or sound breaks up on your TV, ask your landlord or housing association to check the communal aerial. You may need to change to an Integrated Reception System (IRS), which shares the signal out more effectively.

Depending on your box model, you can switch your box into Internet Mode to receive Freeview channels instead.
