HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

Reset your remote control
If your remote starts acting up, try resetting it. Pick your remote:
  1. Humax Remote (Retail)
      Humax Remote
    1. Press and hold the TV and RED coloured button (not the record button) at the same time for five seconds. The TV button can be found at the top of the remote control.
    2. The ‘TV’ and ‘PVR’ buttons flash red three times
     
  2. BT/Plusnet Remotes
    BT Remote
    1. Press and hold the ADSUB and BT Player buttons at the same time for five seconds
    2. The blue light will flash three times. Release the buttons and the light will blink three times again
     
    BT Remote
    1. Press and hold the ADSUB and BT Player buttons at the same time for five seconds
    2. The blue light will flash three times. Release the buttons and the light will blink three times again
     
    BT Remote
    1. Press and hold the AD, SUB and Power buttons at the same time for five seconds
    2. The blue light will flash three times. Release the buttons and the light will flash three times again
     
    BT Remote
    1. Press and hold the AD, SUB and Power buttons at the same time for five seconds
    2. The blue light will flash three times. Release the buttons and the light will blink three times again
     
  3. TalkTalk Remotes
      TalkTalk Remote
    1. Press and hold the OK and Red Power buttons at the same time until the TalkTalk button flashes twice
    2. Press 977. Your remote is now reset
     
      TalkTalk Remote
    1. Press and hold the 1 and 6 buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The light above the TV Power button will light up red
    2. Press 981. The red light will flash twice to confirm the remote has been reset
     
      TalkTalk Remote
    1. Press and hold the 1 and 6 buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The light above the TV Power button will light up red
    2. Press 981. The red light will flash twice to confirm the remote has been reset
