How to check your signal
You can check your signal quality in the settings menu.
Bring up the menu with your remote
Go to the Signal & Connection area and select Signal Quality
If your Signal Strength is below 50%, then you might start seeing issues with your picture. Have a read of our article: How to improve your signal for more help.

*Depending on your box model, Settings will be on the last tab on the Main Menu or in a cog in the top right corner of the screen. You can get to the cog by pressing Up after opening the Main Menu. If you have the new Home Screen, you can access settings by pressing Up and then right after opening the home screen.
What is a good signal?
A good signal is considered to be:
50%+ Signal Strength
100% Signal Quality
If the strength or quality is too low, you’ll start to see issues with your picture.
