Fix for YVM502
TV service unavailable
Viewers could see some disruption to their TV reception from Wednesday the 15th to Sunday 19th January 2025. This is due to high pressure which could disrupt the TV signals.
This may cause YVM302 errors on YouView devices. If you are affected by this, please don't retune your box until the high pressure system has passed, as this can sometimes make the problem worse.

When you try to play an HD programme, it requires authentication from your TV and YouView box. This is known as High Definition Content Protection (or HDCP). If this cannot be enabled at the time you may see this error code on screen.
